We're pleased to help if you have any questions or come across any problems with Thai2English.

If you have a comment or question that's not specific to your order, you may want to look at the message board to see if your question has already been answered there.
If you have a question relating to how to order, you might find the answer on the ordering FAQ page.
If you need to retrieve your license key or get a copy of your receipt email, you can do so by logging into the My Account area.
If you've encountered a bug in Thai2English but are not yet using the latest version (1.3.3544), the first thing to try is to update to the latest version as it may have already been fixed.
